Steve was on time for our appointment and gave a very reasonable estimate on the cost, he gave us the amounts of stain and paint we would need to buy and have for him when he comes to do the job. The man is a professional. He helped choose the right color paint, even brought samples to try, repaired a few loose boards (not in the contract), washed all the windows when he finished painting(also not in the contract). Very personable gentleman. Bottom line; he did what he said he would do and within the time frame promised. I have already recommended him for another job.

You do not have to bother telling him anything, he knows what to do and does it well and in a timelly fashion. The place is tidy while he paints and he never conplains. I don't think I have ever had anyone that I felt so good about leaving and letting him get everything done. I am 80 and have been a home owner a long time and he is the best.
